This multi-purpose raincoat is a faithful replica of the original 1968 model used by the GDR (GDR) army. Made from durable cotton canvas and treated with a special moisture-repellent solution, it combines the functionality of a raincoat with the versatility of a military tent.
Its simple yet robust design allows it to be used for both military and civilian purposes - ideal for tourists, fishermen, hunters or outdoor enthusiasts. Thanks to its shape and aluminium buttons on all four sides, the cape can quickly transform into a small tent or camouflage item. Several pieces can be joined together to create larger shelters.
It comes with two buttoned armholes and two drawstrings for forming the hood, easily transforming it into a rain cape. In addition, thanks to its strength, it can also be used as an improvised stretcher for transporting equipment or injured people.
