This is a simple camouflage field shirt from the Romanian Post-Dictator Era and is quite useful in woodland camo-friendly forests outside Romania as well.
There is no material info on these but there is at least cotton in them. However, some bastard might have slipped in some synthetic coprolite, too.
These field shirts have two buttoned breast pockets and it is quite handy to roll up the sleeves if you feel like relaxing or making some barbecue on your day off, being in opposition to what they were meant to be worn as.
Now about the sizes that concern everyone, these are normal European shirt sizes (i.e. the circumference of the neck in centimeters). It is worth mentioning that these army shirts want to maintain a certain level of discomfort. So, if you want to wear this with the top button closed and breathe, forget about that, you must add four centimeters (1.6”) to your neck size. Or just leave the top button unbuttoned if you want to feel more comfortable.
For example, X-Large Regular fit body-wise on a victim with a 116 cm (45.7") chest. However, since this has ridiculous monkey arms, Long would have been better. For normal folks, Regular will be just fine. The optimal bench press-armed should probably go with Short.
