The Specna Arms SA-F11 FLEX™ carbine is factory-equipped with the X-ASR MOSFET produced by the Polish brand GATE – a unique collaboration between a leading European manufacturer of electronic components and a renowned manufacturer of airsoft replicas.
This high-quality MOSFET protects internal components, improves trigger response, extends the life of the electronics and battery, and allows for quick diagnosis of basic faults thanks to integrated signal LEDs.

Construction
Nylon fiber reinforced polymer for the body, handguard, SF stock with enlarged battery compartment, and grip.
Aluminum and ZnAl alloy for the barrel, compensator, enlarged reinforcement grip, fake bolt, and levers.
Steel for screws, pins, exhaust window, and moving parts.
The barrel bears an individual serial number.
The replica is very well assembled, with no play between the upper and lower, and the use of lightweight polymer makes the gun maneuverable and durable—perfect for fast action at close range.

Performance
The carbine is compatible with LiPo and LiFe batteries.
The factory-installed spring provides an initial velocity of ~380 FPS, suitable for medium-range operations.
The package also includes an M90 spring, which reduces the velocity to ~300 FPS, optimal for indoor or CQB games.
