Description
As silent as a hawk, the TOPS Sparrow Hawke Neck Knife swiftly strikes its “prey” – the everyday cutting tasks. Oval, eye-like rivets hold the target firmly in place before the razor-sharp claws of black-coated 1095 carbon steel cut without compromise.
The ergonomic blade with a linen Micarta handle ensures a secure grip and precise control. The custom-fitted Kydex sheath provides a perfect fit, like a carefully crafted nest. The knife features a lanyard hole and a ball chain for neck carry.
Warnings and safety information:
- Cutting injuries: the most common danger when using knives is the risk of cuts. Sharp blades can quickly penetrate skin and tissue.
- Knife slippage: Improper or excessive pressure can cause the knife to slip, resulting in uncontrolled movements that can cause injury.
- Injuries from falling: Knives should never be left unsecured or near table edges to prevent them from falling and injuring someone.
- Blunt knives: Blunt knives pose a greater risk of injury because they require more force and can slip more easily. Therefore, knives should be properly sharpened regularly.
- Incorrect use: Using a knife for tasks for which it is not intended (e.g. as a lever tool) can not only damage the blade, but can also lead to accidents.
